Hot Club De Paris announce final single from album

HOT Club De Paris have announced the final single from their album, Drop It Til It Pops - and they play Club Academy tonight.

Clockwork Toy will be released on June 11.

A late addition to the album, it was the last song the band wrote before recording was complete.

Clockwork Toy', according to singer Paul, is "a song about a clockwork circus that has ground to a halt but is slowly coming back to life. A thinly veiled but motivating metaphor for feeling unfulfilled and deciding to do something about it."

Tour mates, Good Books have supplied remix services on the limited edition second 7" along with proponents of laid-back electro, Metronomy.
